In 1996, Jim Wrzosek opened Classic Properties at 3547 Whitney Avenue in Hamden, Connecticut, located at the base of Sleeping Giant state park with a goal to achieve 100% client satisfaction in all transactions. Surrounding himself with knowledgable and professional Realtors they aspire to achieve the level of personal service worthy of being referred to family, friends and associates. In January of 2011, Steve Miller, long time friend and 30 year veteran of the Real Estate industry became Jim's partner.
